Eric has been helping businesses and individuals for nearly 10 years by providing valued sales, marketing, and consulting services in hardware, software, real estate, insurance, and benefit management.
Beginning his real estate career in Seattle, Eric evaluated and processed the acquisition of development sites for multi-family properties. Upon moving to Hawaii he specialized in luxury resort properties, development opportunities, and student housing projects. Some of these projects were valued over $15M. Eric still keeps close ties with Hawaii through is family, associates, and clients who reside in Kona. Eric currently lives and works in Central Illinois, and has his certification as a Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource with the National Association of Realtors.
In addition to real estate, Eric provides services to small and medium size businesses in the areas of benefit management. His solutions enhance the business's current offerings with no costs to the business often saving them money by lowering tax liability and workers comp premiums. Solutions include major medical, short-term disability, cancer, specified health, accident, and life through Humana and Aflac.
Eric graduated magna cum laude with a degree in International Business from Palm Beach Atlantic University. He played football at Taylor University as a safety and starter on three special teams. Eric has worked for Xerox Corporation's, North American Agent Operations in Seattle, the number one real estate firms in Hawaii, Hawaii and Champaign, Illinois.
His free time is spent with his family often on the lake. Eric is also involved coaching his three boys soccer.
