Eric's Background

Eric has been helping individuals and businesses in sales and marketing for over 10 years. His experience includes serving first time home owners to seasoned investors representing buyers and sellers of homes, land, luxury, and commercial properties valued from $20,000 to $15,000,000.

Eric resides in Champaign County - the Home of the ILLINI - with his wife and three sons. He is excited about returning to his hometown and enjoys coaching his boys soccer through Mahomet Recreation.

In 2010, Eric was awarded RE/MAX International's Executive Club Award.

He is also certified as a
Shortsale and Foreclosure Resource (SFR) with the National Association of Realtors.

Beginning his real estate career in Seattle, Eric evaluated and processed the acquisition of re-development sites for multi-family properties. He then moved his business to Hawaii were he quickly rose to the top 10% of agents in sales volume within just two years. Acknowledged by his peers, Eric was elected Director for the Kona Board of Realtors. 


Eric graduated magna cum laude with a degree in International Business from Palm Beach Atlantic University in 2001. He studied abroad in Europe and Central America. He also played football as a defensive back and special teams at Taylor University with the first team in school history to make it to the NAIA National Playoffs.
